GIN AND TONIC COCKTAIL RECIPE – THE TIMELESS TIPPLE
Share
Ah, the classic G&T - born in 19th-Century India where clever Brits first realised tonic water’s bitter quinine could moonlight as a malaria fighter… if you didn’t mind disguising it with a cheeky splash of gin. Genius, right?
Unfussy, refreshing and downright charming, this cocktail is basically a stage for Apricity’s (available to buy online in 375ml and 750ml flasks) comforting notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, orange peel and Greytown's very own honey to take centre stage.
- Gin (go on, be bold)
- Tonic water (a splash or a pour)
- Give ‘em a casual mingle in a mixing glass.
- Serve in a highball glass with ice cubes.
- Garnish with a lemon slice or get daring with a twist of orange peel.
