THE POSH POUR: OLD ETONIAN EDITION

The Old Etonian, as posh as its Eton College alumni namesake suggests, dapperly dipped its toe into London’s cocktail scene in the roaring 1920’s.

• 45ml gin
• 45ml Lillet Blanc (back in the day, it was known as Kina Lillet. Feeling adventurous? Swap in Cocchi Americano orange bitters)
• 2 dashes (0.92ml - 1.25ml) Crème de Noyaux 

1. Shake in an iced cocktail shaker. Show the ice who’s boss.
2. Strain into a cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with an orange peel twist; the crowning flourish that says, “I know my way around a bar”.
