Greytown Distilling Company Christmas Club — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Greytown Distilling Company Christmas Club (“Christmas Club” or “Program”), operated by Greytown Distilling Company (“Greytown Distilling Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By joining the Program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program Overview

The Greytown Distilling Company Christmas Club is a promotional Christmas savings programme designed to help customers spread the cost of festive shopping across the year.

Customers join by selecting a monthly contribution tier and completing automatic monthly payments between their initial contribution date and November 2026.

Customers who successfully complete their monthly payments will receive a Greytown Distilling Company Gift Card On 1 December 2026 equal to:

• 100% of their total contributions, plus
• an additional 20% promotional bonus provided by Greytown Distilling Company.

Gift cards may be used on eligible purchases at greytowngin.com.

2. Important Nature of the Program

The Christmas Club is a promotional customer rewards programme operated by Greytown Distilling Company.

It is:

• not a bank account,
• not a financial service,
• not an investment product,
• and does not earn interest.

All contributions are made solely toward receiving a Greytown Distilling Company store gift card in accordance with these Terms.

3. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

• be 18 years of age or older,
• be legally permitted to purchase alcohol in New Zealand,
• have a valid payment method,
• maintain an active customer account with Greytown Distilling Company,
• and purchase an eligible Christmas Club subscription plan.

The Program is available to New Zealand residents only unless otherwise stated by Greytown Distilling Company.

4. Subscription Tiers & Payment Schedule

Customers may select one of the following contribution tiers:

• Bronze — $50 per month
• Silver — $100 per month
• Gold — $250 per month

Program payments:

• are processed automatically every 30 days,
• occur between their initial contribution date and November 2026,
• and are managed through our third-party subscription platform provider.

Your subscription will automatically end after your last successful payment in November.

You may update your payment method at any time through your customer account or subscription portal.

5. Failed Payments

If a scheduled payment cannot be processed:

• our subscription system may automatically retry the charge,
• you may receive email notifications requesting updated payment details,
• and your participation status may be paused until payment is resolved.

If all required payments are not successfully completed, you will not qualify for the Christmas Club gift card or promotional bonus.

Greytown Distilling Company is not responsible for delays or failures caused by expired cards, insufficient funds, banking interruptions, or payment provider issues.

6. Completion Requirements

To qualify for the Christmas Club reward, customers must:

• successfully complete all scheduled payments until November 2026,
• maintain an active subscription through the end of the program period,
• and remain in good standing without unresolved payment disputes or chargebacks.

Only customers who fully complete the Program will receive the December gift card and promotional bonus.

No partial rewards, partial bonuses, or prorated gift cards will be issued.

7. Gift Card Issuance

Eligible customers will receive a Greytown Distilling Company Gift Card via email on 1 December 2026.

The gift card value will include:

• the customer’s total completed contributions, and
• the applicable 20% promotional bonus.

Gift cards:

• may only be redeemed on eligible purchases at greytowngin.com,
• are non-refundable,
• are not redeemable for cash,
• and may not be resold, transferred for value, or exchanged.

Greytown Distilling Company reserves the right to withhold, suspend, or cancel promotional bonus value in cases involving:

• suspected fraud,
• payment disputes,
• chargebacks,
• abuse of the Program,
• or violations of these Terms.

8. Gift Card Expiry & Promotional Bonus

The contributed portion of the gift card balance will remain valid in accordance with applicable New Zealand law.

The 20% promotional bonus portion may be subject to a separate expiry period where permitted by law.

Any applicable expiry dates will be clearly communicated with the gift card issuance email.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your Christmas Club subscription at any time before completing the Program.

However:

• customers who cancel before completing all payments will not receive the Christmas Club gift card or promotional bonus,
• payments already made are refundable less 5% administration fee
• and no partial gift cards, credits, or bonus amounts will be issued.

By joining the Program, you acknowledge and agree that all completed payments are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

10. Program Changes, Suspension, or Termination

Greytown Distilling Company reserves the right to:

• modify the Program,
• update these Terms,
• suspend participation,
• or discontinue the Program at any time where reasonably necessary.

If the Program is cancelled by Greytown Distilling Company before completion:

• customers may receive a refund of completed contributions less administration and processing charges
• store credit equal to completed contributions,
• or another reasonable remedy determined by Greytown Distilling Company in accordance with applicable law.

Any changes will not affect customers who have already successfully completed all required payments and received their gift card.

11. Customer Accounts & Progress Tracking

Program participation and contribution tracking are managed through:

• your Greytown Distilling Company customer account,
• Shopify customer data,
• subscription platform data,
• and automated system workflows.

Customers are responsible for:

• maintaining accurate account information,
• providing a valid email address,
• and monitoring their subscription status.

Greytown Distilling Company is not responsible for missed communications resulting from incorrect customer information, spam filtering, or email delivery failures.

12. VIP Club Enrolment

Customers who successfully complete the Program may automatically be added to the Greytown Distilling Company VIP Club and may receive access to future offers, product releases, or promotional communications.

Participation in the VIP Club remains subject to separate terms and marketing consent preferences.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under New Zealand law, Greytown Distilling Company will not be liable for:

• payment processing interruptions,
• third-party subscription platform failures,
• delayed email delivery,
• technical website issues,
• or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand consumer laws.

14. Privacy

Customer information collected through the Program will be handled in accordance with the Greytown Distilling Company Privacy Policy and used for:

• administering the Program,
• processing payments,
• delivering communications,
• issuing gift cards,
• and managing customer participation.

Yes. You can cancel anytime. Please note that if you cancel, you will lose your earned Christmas Club bonus and will only be issued a refund for your contributions.

If a payment doesn’t go through, we’ll automatically retry it and email you instructions to update your payment method if needed.

You’ll have two years to spend your gift voucher if you decide not to spend it at Christmastime. Full expiry details will be included with your gift card email.
