Apple & Caramel Warm Toddy (Serves 2) A comforting, orchard inspired nightcap for cold evenings
Ingredients
160ml Apple & Caramel Premium Gin Liqueur
300–360ml apple juice
2 tsp brown sugar or honey (optional)
Two small pinches of cinnamon or nutmeg
2 thin slices of lemon (or a small splash of bottled lemon juice)
Method
Warm the apple juice in a small pot over low heat until steaming but not boiling.
Add the
Apple & Caramel Premium Gin Liqueur, sugar/honey, and spices. Stir to combine.
Add the lemon slices (or a light splash of juice).
Pour into two heatproof mugs and enjoy immediately.
