A salute to the worker bees, both pollinators and humans! We’ve brought together our now world-famous Greytown Mānuka honey, rose petals from our gardens and locally grown Wairarapa lavender to create a gin that’s not too floral nor sweet, but perfectly balanced for sipping over crushed ice or as a base for your favourite cocktail.
It’s a mysterious aqua blue in colour thanks to the addition of a butterfly pea flower. Want to create some visual magic for your guests?
