  • 30ml Small Farms Association (SFA) gin (available to buy online in 375ml and 750ml flasks)
  • 15ml vermouth (375ml bottles of the Wairarapa’s very own available here – be quick, this one’s rated 'L' for 'Limited')
  • 2 dashes (0.92ml - 1.25ml) bitters
  • 5 ice cubes
  1. Shake in a chilled shaker.
  2. Strain into a martini glass that’s as cool as you are.
