- 30ml gin
- 15ml cherry liqueur
- 7.5ml Cointreau
- 7.5ml Benedictine D.O.M.
- 120ml fresh pineapple juice
- 15ml fresh lime juice
- 10ml Grenadine
- 1 dash (0.625ml) Angostura bitters
- Shake it like you’re auditioning for a cocktail kung-fu movie, ice included.
- Strain into a Hurricane glass.
- Garnish this masterpiece with a pineapple wedge, Maraschino cherry and optional lime slice.
