Our award-winning gin distillers have also blended kawakawa, lemon balm and juniper to create a refreshingly unique New Zealand spirit from the heart of rural Wairarapa. Add lots of ice, Fever Tree Light Mediterranean Tonic, and lemon and mint garnish.
