Our Wairarapa region is one of the most recent dark sky reserves, designated in January 2023. It’s yet another privilege of living in this incredible place.

Dark Sky Reserve is a premium London Dry gin, crafted with yuzu, local lemons, grains of paradise, star anise and pure Tararua mountain water, filtered through stardust.

This edition is packaged in a very special collector’s case that lights up when opened to reveal the 750ml stainless steel flask of rare, premium gin inside. It’s a design masterpiece. Only 1,000 cases have been made which are accompanied by a numbered certificate signed by Peter Warren, Master Distiller.
